JumboHack is a weekend-long hackathon hosted at Tufts University, bringing together coders, designers, innovators, and creators from all walks of life to turn new ideas into reality. Over 48 hours, you'll team up, learn new skills, and hack together projects of your liking. Whether you're crafting a game, building a web app, designing a mobile app, or experimenting with something entirely new, JumboHack is your space to dream big and create without any limits.
But that's not all!

It’s a weekend filled with creativity, excitement, and community. Beginners and pros alike are welcome– no prior experience necessary. With mentorship, food, and activities, JumboHack is your chance to explore, innovate, and have fun!
Tracks
Logistics
We're planning on hosting a bunch of events alongside the work you do on your project. We'll be working with other clubs on campus to host workshops, cultural events, and have some (free) food to keep you hacking.
Schedule
JumboHack 2025 will run the weekend of February 22nd-23rd. Our official opening ceremony is at 10AM Saturday and our send-off ceremony will be at 6PM Sunday. More info soon :)
Travel
JumboHack will take place at the Joyce Cummings Center (JCC) at Tufts University. We're right next to the Medford/Tufts stop on the Green Line, and a 20 minute walk from Davis Square on the Red Line. Walk right into the JCC and you'll definitely see us!
Sleeping
Participants will not stay overnight at this event. We'll be shutting down at 10PM on Saturday and reopening at 10AM Sunday.
